Artist Carol Allegood

Carol Allegood is one of the owners and she is an artist with some of her works on display in the restaurant.

After many years as an elementary school teacher and counselor, I enrolled in my first watercolor class in Palm Beach Florida in 1996. I remember being told that watercolor artistry is not achieved with just talent; it is achieved through years of dedicated study and application. John Pike once said "watercolor has an action all of it's own; it moves, it crawls and even fights back". I love the challenge of watercolor and lately acrylics. Painting is simply "Chicken Soup" for my soul.
